In Sept.2020, China announced at the United Nations General Assembly it aims to: peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060, lower its carbon intensity by over 65 percent by 2030 from the 2005 level. As the "world's factory", China's industrial chain is improving day by day, and its domestic manufacturing and processing capabilities are increasing day by day. To achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals while economic growth and energy demand increase will pose a severe test to China's energy security.

Level translator (level shift) is different from voltage converter in power management systems. Level translator is designed to help system designers interconnect devices operating on different voltage rails that have different IO voltage levels. For examples, GPIO of MCU works at 3.3V while GPIO of DSP works at 1.8V, therefore level translator is needed for communication between the two devices.
